Testosterone is a naturally occurring male hormone that has many different biologic effects.
Studies demonstrate that optimal testosterone levels are critical to maintaining ideal libido, energy, muscle strength, fat-free mass, and bone density.
Testosterone has also been thought to improve mood and cognition.

If you suffer from low libido, decreased morning erections, fatigue, depression, anemia, reduced muscle strength, increased fat mass or loss of body hair, you are likely a candidate for Testosterone RePlacement Therapy.

How Does Testosterone RePlacement Work?
A symptomatic patient will have a fasting serum testosterone level drawn in the comfort of our office. If levels are low, the serum Testosterone level along with additional labs will be drawn. If levels remain low, the patient will be prescribed subcutaneous Testosterone administered every week at home. ReMedical’s custom Testosterone RePlacement Therapy has been developed to achieve unsurpassed results!
Who is the ideal patient for Testosterone RePlacement Therapy?
Men who suffer from low libido, decreased morning erections, fatigue, depression, anemia, reduced muscle strength, increased fat mass and loss of body hair are ideal candidates for Testosterone RePlacement Therapy.
How long is therapy?
The time course of the effects of testosterone replacement is variable. Symptom improvement can be seen in the first three to six months. The full effect of treatment may not be seen until 24 months. Need for Testosterone RePlacement Therapy is re-evaluated every three months.
What are the side effects?
Testosterone RePlacement Therapy is safe and effective. The actions of testosterone itself, while not side effects, can be undesirable. For this reason, men who have a history of prostate cancer, benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH), increased red blood cells, sleep apnea, and coronary artery disease are not candidates for Testosterone RePlacement Therapy. Local injection site reactions, increased hair growth, acne, nausea, headache, and weight gain are side-effects that can rarely occur.
